Scheduling tool enables coordinators to schedule volunteers based on volunteer requests, and confirm. An email is sent to volunteers selected for a ask asking they re-confirm their date, day, and activity.

Van scheduled times, drivers, and driver contact information are updated as often as their is a change. This is a "real time" schedule and can be relied upon as having up to the minute information.
