Family Promise of South Palm Beach County stays in touch with its graduated families via social media. We have established a support group for our graduates on Facebook and provide continued counseling and childcare services if needed. We hold events regularly to provide essential items to our graduates.
Our families know we are always just a call away and they are welcome to stop by if they need any assistance.
