Ken was born and raised in New York, earned a BA in Economics at Hobart College in Geneva, NY. He and his wife Gayle moved to Florida in 1986, and to Boca Raton in 1987. They joined Congregation B’nai Israel in 1989. Ken has taken on many leadership roles at B’nai Israel, including chair of the Ezrat Am committee, assisting families with severe financial or health hardships. He is immediate past president of the Brotherhood, and currently serves on the Board of Trustees.
Ken is a Florida CPA, but currently works as a property and casualty insurance agent, specializing in non-profits. His hobbies include golf, softball, and racquetball, as well as his sheltie, Duece, and toy poodle, Buster. He has two grown children, Melanie 26, and mathew 22.
